Growing in Grace
Spiritual growth is ultimately God’s work in us.
2 Peter 3:18
“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”
Growth involves:
- Knowing Christ better
- Trusting Him more deeply
- Following Him more faithfully
As believers walk with Christ, the Holy Spirit continues transforming them into His likeness.
A Healthy Pattern for Spiritual Growth
New believers should strive to develop these habits:
Daily
- Pray
- Read God’s Word
- Thank God
Weekly
- Attend church
- Worship with other believers
- Participate in fellowship
Regularly
- Serve others
- Share your faith
- Continue learning God’s Word
These practices do not earn God’s favor.
They help believers grow in their relationship with Him.
