Application

This week:

  • Thank God for His mercy and justice.
  • Pray for families who have experienced the loss of a child.
  • Share God’s love with the children around you.
  • Trust God’s character even when every question is not fully answered.
  • Rest in the sufficiency of Christ’s saving work.

Memory Verse

Deuteronomy 1:39

“Moreover your little ones and your children, who today have no knowledge of good and evil, they shall go in there; to them I will give it, and they shall possess it.”

Closing Challenge

The God who spared the children of Israel in the wilderness is the same God who welcomed little children into His arms. This week, remember that God’s justice is perfect, His mercy is abundant, and His salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone. Trust His heart, trust His Word, and trust His care for every child.

Closing Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for revealing Your mercy and compassion throughout Scripture. Thank You for the hope we find in Your character and in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Strengthen our confidence in Your goodness and help us trust You in every circumstance. May we always remember that You are a righteous Judge, a loving Father, and a gracious Savior.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.
