Ministry workers must be truthful in their words, actions, and dealings with others.
Honesty builds credibility and trust.
Humility
Humility recognizes that every gift and opportunity comes from God.
A humble servant gives glory to God and values others above self.
Purity
God calls His servants to pursue holiness in thought, speech, and conduct.
Purity protects both personal testimony and ministry effectiveness.
Faithfulness
Faithfulness means consistently honoring God regardless of circumstances.
God rewards faithfulness more than popularity or success.
Self-Control
Ministry requires discipline in emotions, speech, decisions, and behavior.
A servant who exercises self-control reflects spiritual maturity.
Love
Love is the foundation of Christian character.
Without love, even the greatest gifts lose their value.
As Scripture teaches, ministry must be motivated by genuine love for God and for people.
